Property Notes

The gala dinner for 31st December 2025 is included in the price. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions. Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID (only passport or identification card) upon arrival. Please note that additional guests will incur an additional charge of THB 1980 per adult, and THB 990 per child. Please note that for any additional guest there is an additional charge for breakfast, 350 THB per adult and 200 THB per child aged 3–12 years. A refundable deposit of THB 2000 per pet will be placed on the guest's account registration. This deposit will be used for extra cleaning, if required. In the event of damages to the guest room or hotel property, the deposit will be credited towards charges owed. When traveling with a cat or a dog under the weight of 10 kg and the height of 20 in, please note that an extra charge of THB 500 per pet, per night and room applies. When traveling with a cat or a dog over the weight of 10 kg, please note that an extra charge of THB 1000 per pet, per night and room applies. Please note that pets are not permitted on beds or furniture or in the villa’s pool. Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead while in public areas of the property, and can only be in the back villa and car parking area and cannot walk on the grass in the common area. Please note that pets are not permitted in the public areas of the hotel such as the check-in, garden, playground, playroom, pools, etc. For the restaurant, pets are allowed only in the front row and must be in a bag, on a lead, or on the beach table. Please do not use any of the hotel implements such as towels and blankets with your dogs. Please clean up your pet feces every time. If you want to take your pet to the beach, please use the street beside the resort only. Prevent your pet from making excessive noise, being disruptive or aggressive to other guests. Please do not leave your pet unattended. The resort will not take responsibility for any accident with your pet during the stay. In case of pet bite or harm to people, guest must be responsible for any cost of medical care. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "À recommander pour les familles."

Piscine chaude et un toggoban top pour les enfants. En face de la mer, assez de transat sur la plage et à la piscine, les décorations dans les lieux commun faits maison avec des références de film. La route entre la plage et la mer peu fréquenté donc absolument pas gênante ni dangereuse. Chambre grande, idéal pour quelques jours. Proche de la gare 15km de wang phon, grab présent, 10min du parc national. Fruits et œufs sur demande au petit dej. Hotel top pour ceux qui apprécient le calme et la convivialité. Le soir il suffit de marcher pour avoir quelques restos et animations ce qui permet de dormir tot en paix. Hotel à taille humaine.

Meubles vetustes mais pas un tout dérangeant. Clim bruyante mais possibilité de mettre un ventilateur.

"We got food poisoning."

I’m sorry to report that my husband and I experienced food poisoning during our stay. The hotel restaurant was the only place where we ate, so we are confident the issue was related to the food. What was most disappointing was the response from the receptionist. We informed her of the situation and suggested that the kitchen be notified to help prevent similar cases in the future. Unfortunately, she showed no concern and did not offer an apology. We chose not to escalate the matter at the time, as we did not want to create a scene. However, given the seriousness of the situation, we believe it should be addressed properly. I’m sure she didn't even report it since we stayed in the facilities for another hour and nobody approached us to ask what we ate in order to follow up with the kitchen. Nothing.
