Studio with mini kitchen, pool and BBQ, Pre-Renovation Summer Sale

This condo is a little bigger than others in Kihei I've stayed in. The pool is also really nice and there are only 6 units sharing the pool. The deck is lovely and private!

The location is at the northern end of S. Kihei Road. We prefer to stay closer to beaches on the southern part of Kihei near Kamaole II or III. There are 3 Kamaole beaches in Kihei, and 2 and 3 are our favorite. There also aren't a lot of restaurants nearby.

Host was very communicative and responsive to queries, with detailed and clear instructions for arrival and check-in/check-out processes. Studio was also kept very clean, well-maintained and comfortable for short-term stays.

Studio was only accessible by a narrow flight of stairs - although in full disclosure, the host did mention this minor inconvenience as part of the property listing.

Nice little studio at the beach. Smart kitchen setup.

Studio had everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was clean, good location, outside seating/pool good. Toni very responsive to our query, would recommend staying here

Only staying a few nights

Nice little studio with a private courtyard entrance that had a pool in the courtyard. Parking included. Had a/c. Had a lanai. Nice size bathroom. Clean for the most part. Nicely furnished. Beach right across the street. Can hear ocean from the lanai.

Tub entrance is a little awkward. Not something than can be changed but people should be advised. if you can’t step over about 12” of tile into a tub, might need to stay elsewhere. Shower curtain had mold on it. I’m sure they changed it upon notification. We had an ant problem mostly in bathroom. I’m sure they addressed it as they were very nice and communicated with us. Only sink is in bathroom for dishes and cooking. Only hot plate (and microwave) for cooking

This is a cute and comfortable place right by the ocean which is great. You have the basics of what you need, coffee maker, a tub, a pool, a fridge, and hot plate to cook some things on.

The location is best with a car, which I wish I understood before coming. There is a bus that comes every hour, and for 4 dollars you can have a day pass. I felt a little isolated there. I wanted to change my plans after a few days and the owners were not open to any refund for the remaining days. There are a couple of things in the apartment that were broken before I arrived. And when you check out you’re asked to do some mild chores.

I loved to have free coffee and ameneties in the room and sitting on the little terrace for breakfast was great!
