"Beautiful house in stunning surroundings!"

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night at Parkin House in August 2025. The house is beautifullly furnished and decorated and is exceptionally clean and tidy. Such attention to detail. The garden and views from the conservatory where you have breakfast are absolutely stunning 😍 Breakfast was delicious , beautifully presented and plentiful with the added touch of homemade bread. Ian and Lilija who own Parkin House were very attentive, warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying at Parkin House if visiting Todmorden or the surrounding areas!

"On the whole, a pleasant stay."

The property was spotless and the breakfast imaginative and beautifully presented. View from breakfast room was wonderful. Owners were very pleasant. Good shower in bathroom.

The room was rather small, with no en-suite, and one tap in the bathroom was very stiff. The host stayed chatting with us whilst we were eating breakfast - I prefer to have my breakfast in peace!

A warm welcome from Ian and Lilja to their beautiful home. Stunning views from the extremely well equipped property. A great attention to detail made this a very relaxed and comfortable few days. The generous breakfast was freshly prepared exactly to our taste. We would happily visit here again.

Nothing at all to dislike .
