Great breakfast, and superb location. Enjoyed the bar facilities.

We booked a double bed, there were no twin rooms available. The double bed was very small.

Room was spacious and comfortable. The bedxwas really comfortable and linen and towels of good quality. Beautiful location. Breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom in our room was a bit small. The heating and hot water were off in the late afternoon when we returned from a walk and wanted a shower. It was unseasonally cold and the hotel had not taken this into account.

"Wonderful pub with amazing scenery near Keswick"

Fabulous staff and amazing views of the hills from the patio outside the bar. Breakfast was excellent too. Definitely going to visit again
