The apartment was great, it located in a good central part of Manchester and safe too. Keys where easy to collect and return. Loved the fact that it had two bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms, and good wardrabe storage. It also has 2 in 1 washer/dryer available. Apartment had a balcony which we used often to unwind after work. Lift access to the apartment was available. Heating in the rooms was available but we didn't use it much as the apartment is quite cosy. Would definetly recommend to stay here.

The only thing that we didn't like or was missing was some proper kitchen towels and dish soap. Although such thing doesn't cost much such attention to detail can make the experience even better. I hate the fact that for one week stay I had to purchase a bottle of dish soap.

Location was brilliant! Large, roomy apartment with a nice balcony. Very clean as well with comfortable beds.

A sponge for the dishes would be nice! Nothing else.
