The accommodation area was close to town centre.

The flat was quiet and clean.

Good location for what we did over the weekend

Walls in the main bedroom and lounge badly marked and needed decorating. Sofas had rips in them and the TV didn't work. I reported this but nothing happened.

Apartment was good location. Enjoyed the space of the apartment.

I was not a very happy traveller when we arrived because of the whole key debacle.. I had no idea there'd be an apartment with no concierge available. phoning the UK property number was useless as the lady couldnt even hear me, and getting through to your online help was not easy to get assistance. when we finally got in the door we were 24 hours without WiFi for the 48 hours we have been here also. Just nobody to speak to has been a real problem as having no WiFi from a foreign phone. my child was sick and I had to leave her outside for 30 minutes ALONE to run around and sort out a key,. nobody knew anything or even seemed bothered and just said yeah this always happens, its always a mess, didnt help to make ys feel safe. I hadnt received any pre information so all this was confusing. Id never stayed in such an establishment. the remote to the TV doesn't work properly neither. tv looks like its about to fall over so we didnt wan t to touch it anyway. blinds dont close altogether in the bedrooms so couldn't sleep properly. bed is uncomfortable, springs sticking in my side, id definitely recommend mattress toppers for this, or new matresses. not going to be able leave all our luggage somewhere after travelling the whole of the UK for 2 weeks is really the cherry on the top, before leaving for our flight back home tonight. absolutely pity as the flat seemed ok really.

The property was in a good location, nearby 2 supermarkets, laundry store, salon, electronics store, and stationery store. The property was exactly next to Manchester Oxford Road Train Station. The size of the apartment was great compared to other places in the United Kingdom.

The property I had was exactly on the train station, the noises were very loud we couldn’t sleep all night, the best seems to be a queen bed instead of a double bed, it was not enough to fit 2 people, the place was 6/10 as cleaning, the oven was extremely dirty, there wasn’t enough facilities in the kitchen; we had to buy them ourselves.

Property was in a good location. Clean and very spacious for 2 people. Instructions to collect keys were clear.

The blinds in both bedrooms did not close fully or block out the light causing me to wake up earlier than wished

The location was good. The concierge was kind and helpful in showing us the way to the rooms. The entry and exit access were very simple.

The kitchen facilities were not good and we couldn't even make a coffee. Though a washing machine was available, there were no cleaning solutions available. We had to borrow them from my son's place.
