Location was good

The blinds in both bedrooms didn’t close properly so light shone in every morning and woke us up. Tv wasn’t working, could have been that the battery in the remote needed replacing but the shower was amazing and the location was great. The apartment building is well protected by gates that needed a code to access

The property is in a good location, comfortable and a great base to explore Manchester

The decor was a little spartan

Collection of keys was smooth and straightforward from the local Spar.

It was a bit worrying to collect keys from a shop but it worked out perfectly. With a short walk away from the apartment.

The apartment was very well decorated throughout at a high spec it even has a Smeg oven and fridge!! Very clean and modern and very central with a short walk to the centre. Highly recommend this apartment.

The only fault we had was they only gave us 1 set of keys for the property and we were 4 (2 couples) so this did make things a little difficult trying to arrange entry.

Further from the centre than described, uncomfortable, dirty and a bit smashes up. Holes in furniture, beds like a police cell and floorboards sticking up. Pretty poor there was only one key for a two bedroom apartment. Impossible to communicate. The constant aggressive emails/message before the stay were heavy handed and unnecessary, the bombardment during the start to remind check out time and threats of extra charges likewise.

Very clean and modern, central location, very quiet apartment in spite of train station, comfortable bedrooms (one with en suite), complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee, everything worked fine. Even though we would have preferred to receive the keys in the reception, it was easy enough to get them at the convenience store 5 minutes away (friendly staff and open 24h). Good value for money.

No bedside lights. Only one set of keys.

We really enjoyed this beautiful and very quiet apartment in a great location. The apartment offers all you need and is beautifully furnished. The bathroom is spacious and stylish. There is even a washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want. Highly recommended.
