Location is perfect. The area is also very quiet. The staff is very responsive and helpful.

The apartment is a bit impersonal (some things are missing to make it a ‘home’) and the matresses should be replaced. They are not comfortable at all.

Good location and size of apartments

The location is very convenient, being close to the train station. Despite this, the room was surprisingly quiet – the windows offer excellent sound insulation, which made for a peaceful stay. The space itself is generous, with two bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a living area – ideal for a small group or family.

However, there were a few downsides. The property is managed via an external booking portal, and the online check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. The beds were also quite small and uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Additionally, there was no coffee machine available, which was a small but disappointing omission.

Was in a good location. Good gated access felt safe and secure.

- Beds were very uncomfortable and springy - Blinds in both rooms broken (prev mentioned in reviews and has yet to be fixed) so very bright and lack of privacy. - TV doesn’t work - Tiny amount of body wash supplied - stains on sofa and carpets - not enough room for 4 people to sit on sofa/chairs together had to sit on dining seat - having to return key to shop after checking out was inconvenient - very hot apartment no fan available in hot weather

Secure building, simple key collection arrangements

No hot water on arrival. Hot water was on a timer and not available on demand. Instructions for hot water were not clear.
