Shower (small issue)

It was a comfortable place with a good shower once we worked out how to use it.

Door locks are complicated and shower operation was unusual.

Quiet, neat, clean, well located, cosy, and well resourced.

The location was close to where I needed to be for the The Great Glencoe challenge

The heating system was very dry heat didn’t know how to turn off and also needed black out curtains in the bedrooms. Also bath mat the shower was slippery. Would have liked a later check out also due to traveling so far.

Really super house, beautifully furnished with everything we could hope for and more. We were not inspired by the location

Just the location and front hedge needed cutting.

This was a very comfortable stay. We booked for 3 nights and had a much needed rest from driving, walking and sightseeing. The property was clean and lots of different amenities. The beds were comfortable and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped and we could cook a meal very easily, needed a rest from restaurant meals as well. The property had a nice little garden at the front entrance.

The property was booked because it had laundry facilities but we could not get the washing machine to work. Contacted number provided but didn't get an answer for a few hours, by then we had taken it to a laundromat. The property information gave a location where all appliance manuals could be found, we couldn't find the folder and located different manuals around the property but not the washing machine manual. Downloaded the manual on internet but still couldn't get it to work. This was a bit disappointing.

Parking a bit far

The apartment is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. We received the access code a week in advance and all communication was flawless and very professional.

Shower gel/shampoo would be nice. Everything else is great.
