Non si può scegliere un posto migliore! La posizione e il servizio di trasporto (fatto personalmente dal gestore) sono un plus difficile da trovare. Le camere sono stupende, il cibo è buono e abbondante. Il proprietario si è dimostrato voglioso di migliorarsi chiedendo consigli con un canale di ascolto aperto. Davvero non esitate e scegliete questa struttura.

Come già consigliato a lui una miglioria sulla terrazza perché in Oman in alcune stagioni le temperature salgono e la parte verandata può essere molto calda!

Breakfast should have been included in the price, because it was a little expensive for the location and there are other guest houses around. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. If you do the balcony walk in April, go as early as 05:30 or earlier because it gets very hot

Location is amazing for the Balcony walk. Parking available just outside room. Breakfast and dinner available (we chose dinner and it was really tasty. We loved the Nepalese man who cooked the food). Rooms are modern and well thought out

To the man who owned the property, please be more kind to your staff! He was so attentive to us, and did not wrong- yet you spoke so rudely to him. The way you respect others is so important. Remember that!

A really nice guest house in a great location! Being a frequent traveler, I have seen a lot of hotels and guest houses. However, this stands out a it is a rare example where everything seems to fit! The staff is extremely friendly and supportive, and food is excellent! The guest house is in the middle of the village and therefore you become a part of the community,. It is also right at the beginning of the balcony trail and you can start the hike at anytime. We will return!

The owner and employee Ram were very welcoming, very clean, new and comfortable, would recommend staying here, and Ram made wonderful dinner for us

The location was amazing, right on top of the mountains. Rami (the host) was very nice, helpful, and an excellent cook. He let us check out later because we did the hike (Balcony Walk). The food (5 OMR per person per meal) was on the expensive side, but considering there are no restaurants around and delivery is impossible, it was worth it. The room smelled very nice and was very clean. If you have a 2WD, it might be a problem. We had a 2WD, and a local warned us just in time. He drove us to and from the hotel (though we might have gotten scammed). This is the perfect hotel for the Balcony Walk, as the trail starts right in front of the hotel.
