NLBest location and good food. New house and the owner and worker are very friendly. Road to the house is a bit hard so use a good 4x4 car. 10/10 for everything

The breakfast is not good and is as expensive as the dinner. Beds are very uncomfortable . Little improvements could be made to make this place a gem.

Location- right by the beginning of the balcony hike but otherwise a bit inconvenient as it’s right at the end of the road. Good if you’re just going to do the balcony hike, not so good if you want to do the hike up Jabal Shams.
NLView is amazing and private parking is very nice. Also Ram was very helpful and made nice food. Breakfast looked really yummy even though we did not eat it. Very clean, good beds, spacious room. Morning goats are cute and not very loud.
Please make sure to bring cash. The accommodation has no ability to take card!

It is expensive for one person - very expensive for Oman even
ATSuper new hotel with a fantastic view right from bed (you could see the sunrise). The owner and his worker Ram are both really friendly and helpful with everything you need. We had breakfast and dinner there, which were both nice. Being 2 minutes away from the balcony track was also a plus. The surrounding area seems still being authentic and the only thing you hear are goats and sheep.
ITRam went out of his way to satisfy the customer's needs. Owner flexible regarding booking arrangements. The property is right at the start of the Balcony walk. Views from the room are stunning (you can stay in the bed in order to witness the sunrise). Room can be heated with the aircon inverter. Nice, contemporary, high quality build. You can reach it easily with a 2wd (also with automatic, provided it has a D 3 2 1 gearbox), no need for a 4wd.
Wifi did not work in the room(s), but owner wants to install a repeater (Omantel worked a little bit up there, Ooredoo not tested).
INAn awesome edge of the cliff property with great views overlooking the canyon. While not directly overlooking a 30 feet walk would take you to the edge. The caretaker was amazing and so helpful with info for the balcony trail walk that starts at this property. A must recommended property for anyone looking for an amazing sunrise views.
