Very spacious and very clean. Kitchen has everything you need and the bed is comfortabel. Very nice garden.

It was so quite, so we felt instantly relaxed. Really cosy, very comfortable bed!!

Lack of glasses in the kitchen, but this is the only thing we could think of!!

Self catering.

Maybe another comfy chair or sofa would have been useful.

Wonderful little find.. Needed to find somewhere to stay while visiting friends The Annex at Hamble House was perfect, a lovely cosy accomodation that had everything we needed with the added bonus of the enclosed garden for the dog..Will definately return.

Cozy and comfortable place with nice kitchen and living room. Nice getaway for two people. Strategic place to go around visiting in Suffolk. Very approachable and friendly host too!

Warm and cosy, all the requirements and close to shopping, nice dig walks and enclosed small garden.

Nice location and bonus they accept dogs. Superb shower, and lovely comfortable bed.

A bit awkward to get in and out with sofa by sliding door but understand sofa was placed where it was to be able to view television. A shoe tray might have been useful especially in very wet weather, also a hairdryer and vacuum cleaner.
