Beds were comfortable, location was good.

Rubbish was left outside and ripped apart by Seagulls. Despite reporting this nothing was done. WiFi was not good, Blinds were missing in both front rooms which meant we were exposed to.bright sunshine and had to hang up towels as a makeshift curtain, raised screws on steps caused me to injure my toe, loose light fittings in 2nd bedroom and leaking shower door, issues were not addressed despite numerous reports. There were other issues also. This very negatively impacted on our holiday.

Location & size were great. Free parking on the drive.

Firstly couldn’t get in due to front door being jammed, managed to buzz another flat to enter the building. Someone came out & looked at the front door, apparently a nack to open it. This needs looking at as holiday makers won’t know this. Flat very warm, 15 tog double duvet on the double bed, this needs changing in the summer months. Didn’t look like it had been hoovered before we checked in.

Good location, nice and clean and all you could need.

The main drawback to this apartment was a bedroom with a door you could not shut due to it being small and the bed was stopping it from shutting. This was a problem because if you were going to the bathroom or second bedroom you had to pass this room. Not very private.

We liked the fact that although there were 3 apartments in the property, it was very quiet and peaceful. The little dining room was great for breakfast. The parking permit worked well.

Lots of little things. For example a totally inadequate bag in the bin, no bread bin, no ice trays, nowhere to put toiletries when showering, not enough towels, towels too small, large wardrobe in the twin room but totally unusable, lack of storage space in the double room, lots of cobwebs in the twin room. Needs a deep clean.

The location was fine the flat spacious

The flat needs think. Windows locked no keys to open got very hot and stuffy Poor light on the stairs to get to flat
