GBGBWe didn't like the fact that there were very steep steps at the back of the property and our dog fell down them. There was no lighting to indicate the steps were there and we thought he was dead. This was the day of our arrival it was very stressful. We are very disappointed that there has been no feedback from the owners as we left notes to explain this on our departure. We would have expected a response from the owners to say that they would take necessary to prevent any further incidents. This is of particular concern with children and anyone in fact. It was our first day and we were excited to explore the house and outside area and it was dark around 4pm and with no lighting at the top of the steps I could have fallen down there and as I suffer osteoporosis of the spine it doesn't bear thinking about. We will not be returning as we don't feel that the owners have taken this matter seriously and any action to resolve this concern.
