Beautiful location.

Facilities tired, under severe need of maintenance, chaotic hotel operations. Did not give us the room we'd booked. No air-conditioning in room.

The room was hard to find as the signage was not clear. The room was small. There was no air conditioning

Beautifully situated with easy access to Reading. Lovely estate and grounds

A bit of a walk from the main house. Ok as it was dry when we arrived there. Easy to get there if driving with spaces outside the front.

Great facilities and very modern

Great location, and the golf course surrounds the hotel giving it expansive grounds. The Mansion house was beautiful, and being an ex-boys school, had a great story behind it.n/

The food was lovely - the new building was trendy and had everything we needed

We checked in at the big house , receptionist didn’t have any personality to then be send across to the new building . Given top floor it was boiling chap on reception very kind and helpful and moved us to the lower rooms and access room- ours rm 104 toilet had not been cleaned and still cup: glass rings on bedside table - no aircon : we’re offered another location with aircon but no where need facilities and other guests with us awaiting hip op so we stayed in room 103/104 Tried to advise at reception but lady was flat out on her own and huge q forming . Website didn’t really show the new venue we thought we were stopping in the old house Slow serving in dining room would Be better to have one member looking after you Better signage required
