Residenza D'Epoca Il Grifoncello

Situations right in the middle of Montepulciano this is a fabulous spacious apartment. We were welcomed, given restaurant recommendations and shown to a gorgeous spacious rom. Modern bathroom with everything you could need to a few nights stay. Breakfast was provided by voucher at a local cafe and was great.

Air con could have been a bit better.

Comfortable bed, nice big shower, tea service in room.

Bell rings outside window on the hour and half hour, a bit startling

Good size rooms, very clean, excellent bath cosmetic, very bright, comfy bed, host very polite

The breakfast was very bad, not only the content but mostly the service of the old lady from the nearby bar/caffe where breakfast is served. Extremly unpolite person, can not communicate, we never did find out what we could choose for breakfast, as I was late 5 min she mentioned that when I come I will have to pay extra (we didn't of course), nasty, mad and visually unfriendly. I am sorry to say that but as the apartment was so nice - the breakfast at this place was so nasty!

The place was really clean, location is in the middle of city center. Also the room is spacious and very very comfortable. I would love to stay again.

Absolutely marvellous room with a splendid view over the valley. Breakfast was served in a café down the street and was excellent. We were greeted super friendly and enjoyed everything. The host provided excellent recommendations for lunch and dinner.
