Very nice, neat, clean apartment, and quick and kind service. Breakfast in a nearby bar was simple but a nice start of the day

For someone who’s very tall like me (2 meters) the bed was a bit on the short side. The nearby rather loud church bell took some getting used to.

The location is super central and the host very welcoming. Breakfast is also great at a nearby cafe. I would recommend it to anyone.

The train station is quite far away from the Old City so make sure to prebook your taxi

An amazing find! Right at the center of the historic Montepulciano. The room was absolutely perfect, clean, and with a beautiful view.

All was good except invoicing.

Not suitable for business travelers. I requested the business invoice at the check in time and the host promised to send it by email. After two weeks, the property still cannot make an invoice.

Cinzia (sp?) was kind and courteous during check-in. The location was absolutely perfect, near everything and the room was even better…clean, good size, modern and comfortable. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you!!

Location right in the centre, clean and spacious room,. Friendly manager (owner) explaining everything, helping us with the highlits of the town.

The room facing the street wasn’t a good choice bcs of the noise at night.
