The room was comfortable but set up like it was for one person. I felt the tea/coffee hospitality tray was lacking- only 3 tea bags, 2 herbal tea bags isn't great for £250 per night. I think there should be a selection of teas to choose from and more than enough milk so one can have more than one cup of tea. Breakfast was really good and the staff friendly and very helpful. Great locations for kelpies and helix park

A bit expensive for what you get as you have to pay extra for breakfast.

The service at breakfast was nice.

We booked the hotel several months in advance, but when we arrived there was a wedding taking place. Even though our room was in the quieter part of the hotel, the music was extremely loud and it was impossible to sleep. The hotel should have informed guests in advance about the wedding so we could make other arrangements. The elevator was not working, and there were many heavy doors to go through with luggage before reaching the room. The hotel was also not very clean — there was dust and spider webs.… There were bags of laundry left on the floor near the entrance to the room area. In addition, the hotel is located right next to the highway, separated only by a few trees, so there was a lot of noise from traffic as well.

Hotel staff very friendly. Location great for a walk to the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel and drive to Edinburgh. Food in the restaurant was very good, entertainment aswell, which we enjoyed.and good value.

Lift not working in the annexe we stayed in. Bags of clean bedding and towels left at the bottom of the stairs, waiting to be moved for over a day and then stored under the stairwell. Could be a fire hazard and not a good look. Fan needed cleaning in the bathroom.
