The property was very clean tidy and impressive. Great location and breakfasts great.

The mattress in the property sunk in the middle and was uncomfortable so didn’t get much sleep and kept rolling into the middle.

The hotel is very impressive on arrival, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was huge and very quiet being at the rear of the property. Restaurant across the carpark for dinner was excellent. The food was delicious and the service was great. Short walk to the Kelpies but we drove, as we were leaving anyway, definitely worth the visit. Would recommend to anyone and hope to stay again.

The room was large, but the bed was a small double. I personally didn't think the breakfast was value for money. The food was nice but not impressive. Just a few niggles, the plate with poached egg was swimming in water, I'm not sure the bread had seen a toaster, the mushrooms were oddly rubbery but we did enjoy it!

No bar staff and had to keep going to reception to ask them for a drink.
