Justo detrás (se ve por la ventana) tienes un gallinero y la caseta de un perro, NO DORMIRÁS, los gallos empezaban a cantar algunos días a las 3 de la mañana con suerte y otros a las 10 de la noche, y ya no paran en todo el día, horrible, no descansas. El perro también ladra muchísimo.

Cute little huts and garden area. Our host was amazing, she was so lovely and helpful with any questions we had. Always willing to help us figure out the area, gave us some good recommendations too. She made our stay really comfortable.

The chickens in the morning were a bit loud. Obviously unavoidable but not practical if you’re a light sleeper.

Difficult to recommend the place as too many unfortunate events happened, they didn’t have me on their schedule upon arrival (had to sleep in dorm, alone, the first night), then first room only slept one night in as second night discovered multiple cockroaches on the floor and a little nest on the wall so slept again in the dorm. Last two nights were fine besides 2 big spiders but this happens on an island. I believe that the cleaning of the rooms should be done more properly, could avoid cockroaches invasion. Having to change room multiple times out of 5 nights doesn’t make it a relaxing stay

Había muchas hormigas y se escuchaban gallos a todas horas incluso de madrugada ya que hay un gallinero justo detrás.

The property is located in the middle of the 'main area' of San Juan so the location is great. The family were lovely and welcoming and the garden is very cosy and charming. The kubos were actually spacious and came with a kitchenette and fridge/freezer too. The aircon was cold and the mattresses were comfortable. The price is very reasonable for this accommodation.

On 2 of the mornings we were woke up early (before 8am) either from power tools being used on site or there was a basketball game going on one of the mornings and the stadium backs onto the accommodation which isn't the hotels fault but did disturb us, but I assume this was a one off. In one of our rooms we had a double bed of 2 single mattresses pushed together and we kept falling down the middle of them as we shared a quilt so we asked for another quilt to sleep separately to stop this. Apart from these small things we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to stay, thank you very much 🙂

Location is great, close to everything we need (stores, laundry and talipapa). We can cook also. Most importantly staff are amazing.

No generator during black out, however, when we left they were already installing solar panels - good news for future visitors.
