The property and the surrounding location felt like a fairy tale. We truly enjoyed the cool weather and the natural hot springs. It was also a perfect spot to witness the beautiful sunrise view of Mount Batur.

This is not related to the property itself. Everywhere in Kintamani, there were a large number of flies from morning until evening, which created an uncomfortable experience. It would be good if the local authorities could take action to address this issue.

The best glamping experience in Kintamani! Toteme offers a truly unforgettable escape surrounded by nature. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with a sense of tranquility and luxury. The tents are spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly integrated with the natural surroundings, offering both comfort and privacy. The staff are incredibly attentive, responsive, and always go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. One of the highlights is the hot spring pool — absolutely heavenly on chilly mornings, with stunning views that make the experience even more special. The crisp mountain air and birds chirping in the morning are unbeatable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exclusive and immersive getaway!

Der Ausblick ist wirklich schön und die Außenanlage wirkt gepflegt.

Die extrem vielen, beißenden Fliegen, wobei das wohl der Region geschuldet ist. Das Personal wirkte teilweise desinteressiert und wenig kundenorientiert. Die Zelte selbst wirkten in die Jahre gekommen und waren stellenweise am Schimmeln und haben gemuffelt. Die absolute Krönung des Ekels war allerdings die eigene Dusche im Deluxe Zelt. Beim Aufdrehen des Wasserhahns kam einem der Geruch fauler Eier entgegen, sodass man gezwungen war sich im Pool waschen zu gehen. Zum Pool ist zu erwähnen, dass es sich um eine heiße Quelle handelt, die zwar auch nett ist, jedoch gibt es keine Möglichkeit sich abzukühlen. Der Gedanke des Konzepts ist nett, die Umsetzung jedoch katastrophal, zumal das Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut nicht passt. Die angesetzten Preise im Restaurant bzw. für die Minibar liegen deutlich über dem was in Anbetracht der Gesamtsituation angemessen wäre- also lieber Finger weg!
