"It caused a massive headache, and I had to leave after the first night."

The hot springs pool looks as described in the pictures.

However, the sunbeds were impossible to use because of the flies, and the sunbed area was not very clean. The rooms were relatively clean, but there were a lot of flies inside, and it was difficult to eat in the restaurant for the same reason. Also, I happened to stay there during a marathon event nearby without any prior notice, and it turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve had. There was extremely loud noise from the event 24 hours a day, including constant announcements and shouting over the microphone, making it impossible to rest. The experience cost me $100 per night, which makes it even more disappointing. Instead of relaxing in a glamping stay, I ended up disappointed and very stressed.

"Perfect luxury glamping with the great view and hot spring!"

Absolutely stunning stay! The views of Mount Batur and the lake are breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The glamping tents are beautifully designed - comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped 🙌🏻 It gives you a perfect mix of nature and luxury. The hot springs were a highlight: relaxing, well-maintained, and with an incredible view 😍 The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, always ready to help and make the experience special. The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for disconnecting 🙏

"Never come back here. What a disaster!"

VERY DISAPOINTED. DO NOT COME HERE. The flies were horrible. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING and dirty. NEVER CLEANED HOTEL. The people seemed they just didnt care. They smiled a lot, but didnt care for your happiness. The POOL was incredible, and the only good thing about this hotel.

NOTHING. FLIES. CANNOT REST. DIRTY ROOMS AND PUBLIC BATHROOMS. DISGUSTING.
