The ambience and overall vibes are absolutely beautiful. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, fresh mountain air, and the aesthetic design of the tents and surroundings. The experience feels very calming, especially towards the evening, and the staff were warm and welcoming.

There were quite a few flies at certain times of the day, but it didn’t significantly affect the overall experience.

The landscape changes constantly throughout the day, and it feels alive — calming, grounding, and endlessly mesmerizing. The tents are designed with such love and attention to detail that you forget it’s “glamping” at all. Everything is cozy, beautifully arranged, and thoughtfully curated — from the warm lights to the textures, bedding, and decor. It’s a perfect balance between being close to nature and still having all the comfort of a boutique stay. The massage I received here was exceptional. Truly one of the best I’ve had on Bali. I left the spa feeling light, relaxed, and restored — like my body finally exhaled. It was a deeply healing experience. The food is beyond expectations. Fresh, delicious, beautifully served — you can feel the quality and care in every dish. Dining here is a pleasure on its own. But the most special part of Toteme Glamping is the people. The team is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They are always ready to help, always smiling, and they make you feel welcomed in such a warm and natural way. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel at home. Toteme Glamping is a place of peace and energy. Subject: Urgent Concern About Possible Bed Bug Bites in the Fireplace Area Dear Toteme GLAMPING Team, My friend and I recently stayed at your hotel from 15.10.2025 - 166.10.2025. During our visit, we spent some time in the fireplace area of your restaurant, and shortly after that, my friend developed multiple itchy red spots on her legs. She spoke to a member of your staff about it, and the staff member mentioned that this happens quite often and that another guest had a similar issue on the same day. The staff also said that the bites should disappear within 24 hours, but it has now been four days, and the bites are still very visible and causing discomfort. This situation is extremely concerning, and we wanted to inform you immediately. I have attached photos for your reference. Please investigate this matter urgently and let us know what actions will be taken to ensure proper cleaning and pest control in that area.
