LUX Studio and Apartment

This is a spacious apartment close to the centre of Catania. There are two bathrooms and a very small balcony (not like pictured) and air-conditioning.

The level of cleanliness was not what I was expecting. There were blood stains on one of the cream sofas and the bathrooms smelt of cabbage.

The host charged us for damage we didn't cause. It's a scam because it's impossible that they didn't notice it before we arrived.

The apartment is very near from centre,trainstation,busstation. 3 rooms fór guests are large and kitchen is clean and modern. Sicilian people were very friendly.

There is danger street with imigrants and prostitutes, but we did not have any trouble.

Great space and a lot of facilities

The location is not great, is a weird quartiere but it is near the center

Everything was perfect, such a big and comfortable apartment with all the facilities . It is such a great apartment really good ubicated!

As a suggestion, it would be great to have more blankets as we could not make the heaters work and it was a little cold. As well just a slight idea that would make it great would be having another game of pillows for those like us who like harder ones

Modern, really big and good looking apartment. I think everything you need is in there. It's preatty appropiate to the prize you pay = low cost.

That's not breakfast included! A few croissants, small jams, cookies are left on the counter for self-service. Only sugar and no actual breakfast! Anyway that was also not enough for a family of 5 for 5 days. Yes, next to that there is a lot of other food and drinks - which are of course for an extra payment. You get 5 large towels for a family of 5 for 5 days - that's it! If you want a replacement or additional towels, you have to pay extra... The bed sheets are not changed in 5 days - that's it! If you want a replacement of that, you have to pay extra... You have some dishes, but they don't work on the induction cooker (maybe 1 was partially working). You don't meet the owner; all communication (including handing over and returning the key) is done via messages/calls/videos. The apartment is in a very nice, fairly new, secure building; but the neighborhood is nothing but a "ghetto". Trash, small, broken car windows, homeless people, and similar - it was really unpleasant coming and going with small children.

Lots of space, newly renovated, full kitchen with appliances available, large fridge. Beautiful view to Etna Volcano. 10 minutes from a metro stop.

Very, very, very strong sewage stench coming out of the bathroom drains, mixed with an intoxicating smell of strong cleaning products. Very cold, no heating available. Dirty kitchen utensils. Not enough toilet paper. Not enough pillows and towels for all the paying guests. The area around the apartment is very ugly and dirty.

Large spaces, smart home, close to the station, manageable challenges in housing use. An AI with a musical taste that suits us. The pictures give a good representation of the apartment.

Just little things: a hand towel alongside the big one, a slightly cleaner kitchen.
