Ark Cabin Villa

Very spacious, well equipped room and bathroom. There was a fridge, ample seating, and even a wardrobe. There was a nice small balcony (which we never used, as the room was so pleasant to stay in). Staff was friendly and always available by Whatsapp. We liked the location away from the hustle and bustle of central Kandy. Things were easy to reach with a pleasant walk or a quick Tuk-Tuk ride.

The Wifi was rather patchy and slow considering the good network coverage. There are quite a few stairs, even in our room to get to the bathroom there were stairs, one of them quite high. I don't think the room would be ideal with small children or for someone with mobility issues (it was bad enough with our tired legs after Adam's Peak ;-)). As breakfast was not included in our plan, our contact with staff was very limited, which gave it a less personal feel than other homestays we stayed at. As in many places in Sri Lanka, there was quite a bit of noise from dogs during the night.

La chambre spacieuse, le petit balcon, l'espace salon, les recommandations des hôtes sur des petits cartons, les grands lits confortables, la douche avec tous les jets de l'univers. Facile d'accès en tuktuk, à environ 25 minutes à pied du centre de Kandy en marchant au bord du lac. Quelques restaurants autour. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix!

Un peu excentré, il faut planifier ses déplacements si on ne veut pas avoir à revenir pendant la journée. C'est le seul bémol!

Отличное расположение, близко к озеру, и очень тихо. Просторные номера, большая веранда с отличным видом для завтрака и вечерних посиделок. Добродушный и отзывчивый хозяин. Если будем ещё раз в Канди, то приедем только сюда.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable, lieu propre et qualitatif. Le personnel est charmant et serviable. Repas copieux et très bon, servi à l’heure. Bon emplacement. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Propose des activités de renseignement sur la ville.

Manzarası fillerin getirildiği alan olması iyi onun dışında herhangi iyi özelliği yok.

Temizlik konusunda çok kötüydü.sıcak su yoktu.dönüş yolunda ana otele kendi araçlarıyla götürüyorlardı fakat 50 dakika kapıda bekletildim üzgünüm.

Extremement satisfaits de notre séjour ! Un des hotels les plus qualis que nous avons eu l’occasion de croiser dans le pays. Tout est propre, refait à neuf, spacieux, le lit est confortable et la salle de bain bat tous les records. L’hotel est situé proche du lac (donc plus au calme) nous avons pu visiter tout kandy à pied. Le personnel est adorable et très aidant ! Foncez!

Bedden lagen erg goed. Aardig personeel. Je kon uit verschillende soorten ontbijt opties kiezen en dit smaakte lekker! Ook een goede douche met warme straal. Ruime kamer. Wifi ook goed! Communicatie met eigenaar verliep vlekkeloos.

Wel erg ver van het centrum vandaan, ruim 30 minuten lopen. En weinig restaurants in de buurt.
