I arrived about 1 hour before the booking in time, the guy was getting the room ready, but let me sit in the kitchen. He was nice and friendly. Also, he didn't mind me leaving 1 hour later than the check out time.

The room was very small, but as it was cheap and I only needed it overnight, that was ok. No kettle or TV in the room, but they were not on the description. The worse part was were the cupboards are fixed on the walls, especially the cupboard over the bed, as I banged my head on it several times, resulting in a massive bruise on my forehead! The room is very basic, but fine for a quick stay. Another negative is that renovations to the house are being done and using power tools on a Sunday morning before 8am and disturbing my sleep, after a late night wasn't good!

I couldn't access the room as it had a coded lock and the landlord didn't answer his phone therefore I had to sleep in my van

The room exceeded my expectations and it was well worth the money. I luckily met the host and he was so nice and helpful.

Stay away. The photos of the room have nothing to do with reality. I am uploading photos so people can see. Broken sink, dirty all over, a desk that looked as if it was made from the B&Q leftovers, kitchen "cabinetry" as storage... Absolutely shocking.
