Straight forward transaction clean and well situated

The property was advertised on Salcombe drive in Glenfield but when I received the confirmation it was for a toatally different property In Erith Road. I emailed the and telephoned the owner to complain but he said that it wasn't his fault. I asked for a refund of my fee, this has not occurred. Booking .com are not interested in pursuing this complaint. This will be my last time that I use Booking .com. "Buyer Beware"!

The correct propery as advertised

Good staff, proper self checkin process and easy access to town.

Uncomfortable bed.

Very pleasant guy running the place for his brother, he was trying to fix his car and after introducing himself and letting me in we had a nice chat about it. The other guests also seemed nice, the parking was excellent.

The room fairly clean, I've seen worse. The bed was terrible, the centre had collapsed you could see a previous attempt at repairing it which had failed. In the end I had to resort to putting the mattress on the floor so I could sleep. I did appreciate the complimentary coffee in the morning, the bedding and towel were clean, so was the bathroom.

There's was not much to like

Flies in the room, bed was extremely uncomfortable, the host was just cleaning the room as we got in, the room itself was cold I wouldn't want to visit that place. It is not as it seems on the pictures.

The easy self checkin process made me feel at home. The room was warm enough and clean. Watched Netflix on a good screen in my free time.

The mattress wasn’t so comfortable by it was changed as I was leaving.

Great room available without any problems at all, booking amd gaining access to the room was easy, nice comfy stay, would definatly return 😀

Everything was OK

Good place, quiet area.

Easy to find, very helpful owner, rapid answers to questions. Don't expect hotel levels of comfort but no problems as a place to sleep, kitchen available and the property is clean and tidy, good WiFi and generally a quiet area at night.

Obviously a new conversion, a few little rough edges to iron out but nothing serious. Perhaps a little over critical on my part but pricing is a tiny bit high.

No nonsense accomodation - no issues getting inside either!
