The places are absolutely fantastic and the views are so wonderful. It's so cozy and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and great at dealing with my situation. The gym and pools are very clean and well maintained as well. Worth repeating it again.

For a reminder that on the weekend, elevators are super packed and it causes you to wait more than 15 minutes so do plan it when you want to check out.

Location

The drain covers in the bathrooms were left open and when reported to the host, the response was to close them myself. By right, the cleaner should close them before leaving. The bathrooms can be cleaned better.

The homestay was spotless and well-equipped, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is convenient, close to eateries and tourist spots. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable stay.

The main issue during my stay was the lift. It was very slow, and sometimes I had to wait quite a long time before it arrived. This could be inconvenient, especially when you are in a rush or carrying things. It would be much better if the lift service was improved.
