Very good accommodation, the apartment is very clean and the place is very wonderful and close to popular shops and restaurants. The pool is very beautiful and the gym is also very excellent. Wi-Fi

Didnt feel very cosy or homely but that's what you pay for I guess Some things could have felt cleaner (we found the bed duvet in one of the rooms felt like there was something like insects on it) Lifts will take minutes off your life, be prepared to wait. Construction in nearby apartment blocks and started early on weekdays. Blinds were very thin. Was about a 10 minute drive into Georgetown.

The unit: Good. The air conditioner in the living hall was leaking. The owner sent a staff member but could not resolve the issue. The furniture is a bit fragile, and some are already broken. For long-term use, the owner should select sturdy furniture. The iron and iron board are not good quality. The DIY Iron is not able to iron clothes very well, and the iron board is too low. The owner needs to upgrade these facilities. The condominium: Worst experience using lift. A few times, we had to come down the stairs. It is not suitable for older people or children. Management needs to resolve this issue if the owner wants to return customers, and management needs to improve the lift service. I think this will be my first and last stay in this condominium unless reviews say otherwise regarding the lift services. Recommendation: The lift should be divided into zones: Lifts 1 and 2 for units on floors 12-22 and parking floors and lifts 3&4 for units on floors 23 to 42 and parking floors. Parking: Good and wide. Facilities: Swimming pool need further maintenance.
