great Location near the Penang Bridge and near all the attraction facility are good love the swimming pool although narrow but it is long and swimming from side to side is enjoyable

the parking was a bit challenging - round after round until you get to level 7 a bit dizy haha other that that is okay

Convinience to everywhere, good location

Pillow were too thin, do not have any water dispenser

Clean and comfortable

The lift waiting is too long

Facilities are great . Nice bed and pillow . Had a great sleep. Nice cozy suite with all you need. Very clean.

The parking at level 7,need to drive up .. The lift always crowded and need to wait for long to get into the lift.

Nicest person in charge, easy to communicate and very helpful. We got a sunrise view from the master bedroom. All furniture and equipment are well served with cozy vibe. We love it sooooo much.

Very smooth check in and check out. Very good view from the balcony windows.

The 2nd room doesn't provide full mirror. Not enough power point as well. Hence we need to take turns to charge our phones.
