"Disappointing lift and doors"

The cleanliness

The lift facilities were very bad. It was disappointing. The bathroom doors did not close properly. We had to wait for 20 mins for the elevator to be available. Also it charged the most among all the places we've visited in Malaysia and somehow provided the worst service

1.Lift always fully occupied, need to wait long time. 2.The bathroom dirty and smelly. 3.The mattress and pillows is too soft.
