The place was clean and neat. Cleaned every morning same time and every time it looked all new and fresh!

The pool wasn’t so clean and the neighborhood is really bad.

"Escape to the Escape Lodge"

The staff very passionate about what they do, helpful, always checking if a guest is OK. They demonstrated a very high degree of customer service training invested in them. They are so courteous, warm and empathetic. The level of cleanliness and well prepared rooms, which are all fresh, with working facilities, is absolutely fantastic. The pool area well served and provides a tranquil environment to help calm down the day.

Wi-Fi issues a cause of concern, people these days working round the clock, and WIFI is now the currency for business

The pool and pool bar are really nice. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.

It was a bit noisy the 2nd night we stayed. The wifi wasn't working and they had no remote control for our tv.
