"If nothing in the hotel works due to a power outage, I feel the hotel should compensate its guest."

Due to a tower outage, there was no air-conditioning, hot water, TV, or Internet the whole morning till the evening. The Swimming pool was also out of order, and we couldn't swim during our stay. Moreover, I was charged more because of the US$ conversion rate over the kwacha.
