Very nice atmosphere, lovely greenery and staff were really friendly. I also appreciated the free tea and coffee available during the day. Good value for money.

Was very noisy at night from the street outside. Appreciate this isn't something the hotel itself can control, but I recommend bringing ear plugs! Also would be nice if the restaurant served something other than pizza.

It felt very communal but in a great way! Breakfast included, you are so central yet don’t hear any noise! Supermarket across the road, 5 minute walk from the museum! Security was fantastic also on the door!

We forgot to say when we were checking out but in the pangolian room, the lockbox battery was dying and was beeping every second throughout the night, not the hotels fault but we forgot to mention!
