Cosy cottage is in an excellent location (very near to the castle and cathedral). The cottage is very comfortable and clean. I didn't meet the host in person but we kept in touch via messaging (nothing was too much trouble for Haz) We will definitely return. 10/10

"It was fine"

Good location

The comforter on the bed was very damp. We were there during the heatwave so not having AC or a fan made it tough to sleep.

"Great location and a little home from home"

The location is perfect for the castle and the historic quarter. And the accommodation provided all we needed to self cater and our host was extremely helpful answering any questions we had.

While this was not an issue it did come as a surprise - you have to pass through the back yard of the corner shop next door. But once inside the accommodation you are in your own little world. So only mentioning it here so it does not come as a surprise to anyone else.

Location in the heart of historic Lincoln. Car parking in The Lawns - £9.50/day just 60 seconds walk.

Entrance is a bit odd.
