Staff not explaining properly. I had booked for 2 people, but when I get to chuini I had to pay for my wife Why? For what? There is no clean beach as advertised, the beach is dirty no one can swim. I booked this establishment because there is a beach and only to find the beach they are referring to is a dirty beach with a lot of plastics and tyres I feel I was scammed for my money so that I must book. I even wrote them an email to no respond Their thached houses even leaks when it rained. We were rained while’s we were asleep. Mosquitoes is something I won’t even mention Because the place is in a bad area, they even hired the Masai people to look after the place I am too angry if not pissed because I was scammed.
