Le personnel est très sympathique, souriant et très gentil j'en veux seulement au propriétaire de l'hôtel.

La propreté est catastrophique, il y a des cafards ! L'emplacement est plus que catastrophique, c'est vraiment difficile d'y accéder en passant par des villages et une route chaotiques ! Bref un calvaire. Le petit déjeuner .... On ne peut même pas l'appeler petit déjeuner ! Y a vraiment pas grand chose de proposé.

Beautiful place like out of a dream. Exotic surroundings and beautiful sunsets. Cabins are spread around the premises, but each one is close to the central area where you can enjoy drinks and food. Sit in the shade or in the sun at the pool. Towels are also provided at the pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel special and our first dinner they even set a romantic candlelight dinner table outside the dining area with sunset and ocean view. The food is great, and there were enough choices for breakfast to choose from. The room was serviced twice a day , once for cleaning and once later in the day as the bed and room were prepared for the night. Very thoughtful.

Nothing serious at all but just some things worth mentioning. We had some trouble with water pressure, and because they were unable to solve that quickly, they upgraded us to another cabin. Electric power cuts are common but don't last long, and there is not much anyone can do about that. Although the resort itself is gorgious , there is not much in the nearby area to do. Zanzibar town is a 35min ride. The street surface between the resort and main road is terrible with potholes and cracks. We rented a motor scooter and the 10min ride up to the main road is back breaking. But that also is not something the resort is to blaim for. The beaches at this side of Zanzibar are not as lush and white as up north and north east. But sunsets are beautiful.

Très mauvaise qualité de wifi voire coupure pendant 2 heures, offre du menu a moitié disponible, odeurs de poissons pourris au bord de la piscine, Mini bar vide, route y accédant des plus accidentée.

Personnel très poli et sympathique. Chambre assez propre. Bons repas.

Localisation de l’hôtel un peu éloignée. Beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre. Activités très chères si vous passez par l’hôtel

We recently spent two weeks at Chuini Zanzibar Lodge and loved it. The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and serene with the great ocean views. The bungalows are spacious and perfectly blend with the natural surroundings. The food was amazing. Over the course of our stay, we tried almost everything on the menu, and every single dish was delicious. Yes, there were a few power cuts during our stay, but when you take a moment to look around and understand where you are, it’s completely understandable and actually a great reminder to slow down and take in the beauty around you. But what truly makes Chuini special is the staff. They are some of the kindest and most attentive people we’ve ever encountered. Their warmth and genuine care made the experience feel truly personal and memorable. If you’re going to Zanzibar, we absolutely recommend staying at Chuini Zanzibar Lodge. It’s a special place that stays with you long after you leave.

Charging $5 for an empty plate& warming my own food in the microwave is absolutely crazy. The rooms should come with a plate& using a microwave at a fee is something I’ve never heard of. The evening staff at the restaurant insisted on this fee and I chose to eat my leftover food cold instead.
