The staff was extremely professional. The location is great, quiet and the rooms very comfortable.

The quality of the food was not high standard, it was OK. The beach was great, sandy but always wavy.

Das Hotell liegt versteckt in einem Wald in einer wunderschönen Bucht an einem Sandstrand in Sarigerme.(Dalaman) ca.20 Minuten mit Taxi vom Dalaman Flughafen entfernt. Habe ca 900 TL bezahlt was ich zu viel fand . Das Wasser ist sauber und Glaaaaaaaassklar. Es ist einfach atemberaubend. Das Hotel ist in Einklang mit der Natur gehalten worden. Man fühll sich als ob man im Dschungel ist. Viel Natur wenig schick schnack und blink bling im Hotelinneren. Auf minimierung von äußerliche Störfaktor wurde stark geachtet so das man sich wirklich nur auf Relax und Erholung des Körpers konzentrieren konnte. Ich habe nicht lange gebraucht um abzuschalten von Alltagsstress. Der Strand ist breit und lang, so das man genug Platz hat zur Nachbarliege. Das Hotel ist ruhig leise und magisch. Ebenso wie die Gäste. Obwohl viel kleinkinder da waren hat man sie nicht gehört. Jeder hat sich an das Hotel Klima gewöhnt. Kein lautes reden,lachen oder schreien. Kein extremes essen Konsum mit massiven Überfüllung der Teller. Kein Alkoholtouristen. Es ist ebenso stark sportbetont. Nachhaltig ist sehr gross in dem Hotel. Mülltrennung wird gewünscht. Für 6 Tage war für uns der Aufenthalt perfekt. Auch in Sachen Waldbrand Sicherheit und Prävention hat sich nach Aussagen der Lobby Dame das Ort extra noch einen Bürgerinitiative Feuerwehr gegründet . Es patrolieren hier insbesondere Nachst mehrere Wachmänner in der Hotelanlage und im Ort ebenso für Sicherheit zu sorgen. Der Ort Dalaman ist Wunder Wunder schön Aber man hält es in diesem ruhigen Ort nicht länger als höchstens 1 Woche aus, weil es zu langweilig wird auf Dauer. Wenig Annimation Belästigung, was ich postiv finde. Ich empfehle dringend jedem dieses HOTEL der sich NUR erholen wollen. Man macht nichts falsch. Das Essen ist reichlich, genug, vielfältig ,lecker und frisch.

So schön wie das Hotel immer Einklang mit der Natur gehalten wurde ,möchte ich erwähnen das man im Nirgendwo ist. Es fährt jede halbe Std. Ein Dolmus nach Ortaca wo dann die Logistik fortgeführt werden kann. Alleine zu dem besagten ORT Saklikent hat man uns gesagt das man ca.6 Std.für hin und Rückfahrt mit den öffentlichen einplanen muss wegen mehrfache umsteigen . Was ich dann sein gelassen haben . Natürlich kann man auch Taxi buchen oder im Hotel selbst für 75 Euro pro Tag ein PKW mieten oder das Angebot vor Ort nutzen.

Excellent beach and adult pool. All staff were fantastic there, could not get all their names but would like to praise Nur from reception, Sumeyye from guest relations, Emre from the main restaurant and Sezer from the pool bar for their friendliness, professionalism and excellent service.

We recently spent our family holiday at TUI Magic Life Sarigerme — my wife, our 7-year-old twin boys, and myself — and it was exactly the kind of break we were hoping for. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, comfortable, and well taken care of. The food was excellent with plenty of variety every day, and the beach bar and beach snack bar became our favourite spots between swims — perfect for grabbing something tasty or enjoying a cool drink in the shade. The beach itself was clean, well-organised, and never felt overcrowded, so we could truly relax and enjoy the sun and sea. Our room was just right for the four of us — spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We also appreciated small but important details, like the excellent water pressure in the shower, which made every end-of-day rinse feel refreshing after hours in the sun. What really made this holiday special, though, was the people. The entire staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. We would especially like to thank Savaş, Sena, Nur, Buse, Damla, Yusuf, İbrahim, Atakan, and Ergin, along with the administration and animation teams. Their kindness, energy, and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and cared for. We left with happy memories, a lot of laughs, and the feeling that we’d love to come back. Thank you to everyone at TUI Magic Life Sarigerme for giving our family such a wonderful experience — we hope to see you again soon!

The location of the bungalows (for families) requires climbing some stairs, which might be a consideration for guests with mobility issues. There are also many cats within the hotel premises. Unfortunately, both my son and I were scratched, and we learned that the hotel could not confirm whether the cats were vaccinated. As a result, we had to visit the Dalaman State Hospital several times (about 30 minutes each way by taxi). I personally covered all taxi fares, even though I had asked the hotel to arrange transport or cover the cost, which they declined.
