I like the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and food variety.

I didn't like the fry oil smell that filled the rooms every morning and evening while they were serving the food. The ventilation was poor. Also, I was not happy with the toiletry items (there are only shower gel and hand soap filled in a usable reusable container), I would prefer to have separate packages, better quality items and see the inside of the container.

Everything was just amazing, and I am so happy we booked this resort. The place is picturesque with a beautiful beach and blooming gardens. Our room was on the top floor and the sea view was wonderful. The room, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, but we didn't spend much time there anyway. I could write a long essay about the food, especially breakfast and dinner, but to summarize: the variety, quality, and presentation exceeded our expectations. We loved the Mediterranean/Turkish cuisine with lots of fresh or grilled vegetables, salads, appetizers, and, of course, Turkish meats. All the staff deserve praise, they are always smiling and ready to help, but I have to put the animation team first as we had a great time participating in various games, activities and dance parties on the beach. There were always plenty of loungers on the beach and at the relax pool. One more thing worth mentioning - the excursions that can be booked at the hotel. We did a sea boat tour and a full day river boat tour with stops for mud baths and the turtle beach.

There are some minor things that could be improved (water in the pools could be a bit warmer), but this doesn't affect the overall experience, which was 10 out of 10 for us.
