Lunch could be more rich as dinner

Large garden & grounds, great entertainment program, great choice of food for breakfast, lunch & dinner incl 1 a lacarte menu pp per week Nice watersports (1hr x canoe, 1 x jetski, 1 x banana boat free pp pd. Others payable). Lots of free sports classes.

Pools both too cold to swim in (oct) and therecore empty most days. Staff too eager to clear plates / glasses when not yet finished.

Perfect location (beach is right there!), incredibly attentive staff, very nice pools (including adults only), plenty of food and drinks, surprisingly comfortable beds, no pesty mosquitos. Had no need to leave the premises for the duration of the trip.

Rooms (especially bathrooms) are outdated. No vanity kits provided (only shampoo and soap in dispencers). Had to ask for a bathrobe at the reception. Plenty of food and drinks available in the all inclusive package, but everything is rather plain and bland (gluten free options are practically non-existent, but apparently a gluten free menu can be provied if requested before arrival).

We really liked staff - everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Staff was certainly main highlight of the stay. We loved the beach and gardens and cats. The fact that cats were looked after by the resort and guests and not chased away really made our stay so much more enjoyable :-) There was nice live music.... sadly interrupted by some creepy hotel guest who sexually harassed one of the singers in front of everyone... Literally.... Hotel management should track this harasser on cameras and follow up on his behavior by banning him for live from this place.

Carpets in communal areas was just filthy... It blown our minds away that this resort is 4 starts.... I would not expect such filthy carpets even in a 1 star hostel. We hated the fact that we were forced to install some suspicious app (app wanted access to take pictures and videos!!!!!) on our private phones to find out what's going on in the resort! Literally.... reception staff could not tell us about live music in the evening and told us to install spyware on our mobiles to find out! Ridiculous and totally inappropriate. We were thinking about elderly people who would have been forced into all this digital nonesense...... Printed information in our room was in German language! Nothing in Turkish and nothing in English.... Insane! We didn't have good night sleep as we were given 2 single beds which were sliding away from one another all night long.... These 2 beds should have been fixed together by some clips/belts.
