Food, entertainment for kids, beach, location, view of the room

Loved the whole complex. The food was amazing and very fresh with loads of options and something to suit everyone. We enjoyed every meal we had. There were plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and at the pools. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a variety of entertainment each night.

The only thing I did not like was that the rooms did not have walk in showers. Showers were in the bath and getting in and out of the bath was difficult for me as recovering from an ankle injury. Asked for change of room but they only have a couple of rooms with walk in showers and none were available.

The room was excellent—spacious, bright, and equipped with everything necessary. Daily cleaning was impeccable, and the cleaning lady was extremely kind. The beach had fine sand with a gentle entry into the sea. The sunbeds were well spaced, so you could relax comfortably and with a sense of privacy. There were plenty of activities, so boredom wasn’t an option. A big shout-out to the yoga instructor and the sweetest redhead from Zumba. Overall, the entertainment team did an extraordinary job.

For our taste, the food wasn’t the most flavorful, but I think that comes down to personal preference. Since the resort caters primarily to German tourists, the food is adapted to their style. I believe this is an area where they could improve. The resort itself is a 10/10, but I would rate the food a maximum of 7. I would have liked to see more barbecue options and grilled meats. I also missed the traditional lamb, which was only on the menu a few times during our 7-night stay.

-great variety of food and all of it was prepared extremely well -clean facilities all around (rooms/restaurant/pool area/bathrooms) -very nice and helpful staff...we never had to wait long to have a drink replenished -good location with beach+mountains and close to airport

-view from room (with sea view) was not as advertised on the picture..we could hardly see the beach/water at all so that was disappointing -towels provided are too thin and small and they only provide one per person

Fantastic sandy private beach with enough loungers, very friendly staff pretty much everywhere any time, great water sports and tennis facilities with competent and friendly instructors at both. Free tennis classes. Competent reception. Useful shops on premise to buy things like sun cream and water toys. Good and varied selection of food, mostly focussing on Turkish food, but with variety on world cuisine (e.g. sushi, Indian etc). Good food hygiene, no tummy troubles. Courteous visitors - mostly families German/Austrian alongside some Turkish and others. Satisfies the expectations for an all-inclusive experience - wasn’t pushed or felt compelled to pay for anything. Good wifi for a hotel in Turkey.

Could’ve had more fridges with self-serve water bottles especially at night since then there is no other way to get water except asking at the bars. Some of the dishes were hit and miss for authentic taste, especially some Turkish dishes surprisingly (e.g. aubergine dolmas). During dinner it can get very busy for getting drinks from the waiters, option to self-serve soft drinks would have made things easier. Snack bar food options were relatively limited (just burger and wrap). Steep climb/steps between the hotel and the beach/pool area may not be for everyone and there’s no way to avoid it.

Best beach, relax pool was also excellent. Staff and location were all superb.

Spa staff, well some of them. They make you feel unwelcome unless you pay for extra services.
