Kiahuna Plantation and Beach Bungalows by Castle

Located right on Beach, air conditioning, close to shopping and restaurants, full kitchen. Nice to have a cafe on site.staff was helpful when needed.

Room could use some updating. , wiped down surfaces upon arrival, dusty. Towel process of check out system with cards was cumbersome. There is a cleaning fee considered with this reservation. Be advised. Pool is across the street at the athletic facility, not directly on property.

Even though we weren't by the beach, the location was very nice. The grounds are very well maintained and great walking paths. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I have stayed here before and will do so again.

A ocean view! but prices are prohibitive.

Noisy old room. Request for above ground and closer to the beach was ignored. Bed was not very comfortable. Tv was a challenge to use. Kitchen, dishes, etc. were in need of an upgrade. Rooms need Reno badly. I could hear toilets flushing and water running from other rooms. Felt like I was living in a basement suite. Garden view was disappointing. Deck furniture dirty. We asked for a late check out and approved for one hour. Then received a call 15 minutes later revoking the request.

Right on the beach, easy walk! Beautiful grounds! It was nice to have a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and living room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a shower which I prefer over a bathtub.

Only complaint is that the apartment did not have a washer/dryer. They supposedly have a shared facility, but we did not use it.

The facility was everything we expected and wanted. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Staff was very helpful. Grounds were well maintained. The location was excellent.

The workout facilities at the Health Club were excellent. The swimming pool should have been heated. No one could remain in the pool for more than 5 minutes. The service at the Cabana lounge was absolutely terrible. It was the worst service that we had anywhere on Kauai. We will recommend that people avoid the Cabana lounge.

The accommodations very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The grounds were beautiful and the beach lovely.

The place was in a good location.

The place reeked of cigarettes, you spend alot of money to stay at a place like this and it should be clean and not smelling of smoke. All of our stuff, clothes, luggage and even our hair reekd of cigarettes when we got back home. None of us smoke so it was very disgusting. We'll never stay at this place again.
