Outdated, had cockroaches in our unit, lack of a washer-dryer in the unit, some of the standard equipment in most units (like beach chairs) were broken and old

Clean, comfortable bed, beautiful gardens. Just a lovely place to stay.

Beach was great, location perfect. The room was a little dated, but clean, had AC and all the items we needed. Staff was friendly, parking good.

・冷房なし→扇風機で涼しかったからコツを覚えたら過ごせたが、一方で扇風機つけっぱなしだとうるさくて寝れない ・高額な清掃代（の割には4泊しても掃除には来ない） ・テレビの操作のわかりにくさ ・チェックアウトのわかりにくさ（鍵を置いていけば良いだけだった） ・オーシャンビューと言いながら、通常の表現だとパーシャルオーシャンビューとなるレベル

Location beach access and grounds are beautiful

Rooms are dingy no air and ceiling fans don’t work well. Delivery trucks and garbage pick up at 6:30am are loud every morning. No windows for privacy or way to secure the room to let the air in and screens are old and ineffective in keeping bugs out.
