Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist einzigartig. Sehr grüne Anlage. Gutes Freizeitangebot für Wassersportler. Genügend Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Die Surfschule in der Anlage ist wirklich empfehlenswert.

Unsere Wohnung war alt, schlecht ausgestattet und nicht wirklich sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Der Weg zum Pool geht über die Straße und ist nicht mal ebenso zu erreichen.

Grounds are great. Location is awesome. Staff was friendly. Access to the fitness club across the street is an added bonus.

Our room was a little dated, could use updating. water pressure in the shower was lacking.

Location was great. Beach was beautiful. Grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Our unit had everything we needed!

The only downside was no pool on property and we had to go across the street, but it wasnt that bad. And the hotel next door was kinda loud.

No Ac (which we know before hand), so make sure all windows are open and curtain closed during day to keep heat out. They offered a fan that barely created air movement, very old. Had to buy two fans at Costco to create airflow, ann extra $85 out of our wallet. Otherwise, as long as you’re not there during hottest time of day it really was nice. They charge a lot of money for cleaning fee, but then tell you they won’t do any daily cleaning and you need to replace your own towels.. and i lived with fear of “excessive dirty fee” everyday, even though i kept the place tidy daily. Luckily I didn’t get a charge, at least not yet. I pretty much cleaned the room super well before I left including vacuuming , so not sure why general cleaning fee is so expensive.

Location, but we were in the outrigger section. Didn't realize there was no air conditioning, yikes. Power outlets in kitchen would not work, would not reset. 10am, called for fix, said would put in a work order, never came to fix. Checked out next day as per scheduled.

Bathroom dirty. Scale and water stains never scrubbed out, or so it seemed. Toilet ran. Vanity light worked intermittent. Others full of bugs...

Beautiful landscape with wonderful privacy. Great for all travel types.

Nothing bad to say - could supply rooms with better equipped shampoo/conditioner quantities.

Each unit is completely different here with different ownership so I can only speak to this particular unit I was lucky enough to get, and it was absolutely lovely. The furnishings and decor picked from local spots were incredible, a very well working AC, there was a closet of two nice beach chairs and other beach gear as well. The bedroom was so cozy - again with the amazing decor and furnishings, and a nice bed with high quality sheets and pillows. There wasn't a single bug in this unit the whole time I was there, which is not a super common experience in Kauai - so that was very nice. The beach was closeby and I was definitely impressed with the unit itself - the owner has taken meticulous care in furnishing and decorating this place absolutely stunningly.

The only real problem was that the description of what I booked promised a partial ocean view, and there was not an ocean view at all. The noise also got pretty loud at night with people above or just outside the unit, or going up and down the stairs. The appliances were outdated, but still worked well so no issues there. Also, be mindful booking ground floor units as it will be fairly dark during the day, but the sun coming through the balcony door helped brighten up most of the kitchen.
