Kiahuna Plantation and Beach Bungalows by Castle

Honestly, very little.

The property is old and in dire need of updating. The condo itself was dark, dank and had extremely poor lighting. The only natural light came from the sliding glass doors on the balcony. Shutters were an old brown in need of repainting. The cabinets were peeling away. The shower was unclean. The shower curtain was moldy. The outdoor lighting was bad. It was hard to navigate stairs. Location of the condo was facing a parking lot. The pool/gym was across the street and dirty. The reservation desk was extremely unhelpful. When asked for recommendations about what to do, we were handed a magazine. These condos are individually owned and overseen by a property management , so once you book with a 3rd party, i.e. - booking.com, you have no one to talk to about the condition of the room.

The grounds were beautiful. Friendly and pleasant staff.

No pool or place to eat that I was aware of in the complex. The owners of the unit I stayed in could improve the ease of use and safety of the bathroom with a tub to walk in shower conversion.
