RUОчень классная атмосфера, дружеская, зона отдыха шикарная там где все собираются и общаются, можно смотреть фильмы, кушать, просто приятно проводить время. Здесь я чувствовала себя как дома. Месторасположение шикарное. Напротив торговый центр Достык, очень классный, спортзал хороший рядом, рестораны, кофейни. Есть всё!
Туалеты и душевые очень часто не убраны и часто там нет туалетной бумаги (утром никогда нет ни в одной кабинке) и мыла. Это прям злило. Приходилось заходить в специальную комнату и самостоятельно брать (хотя она для персонала)…

- I had to literally beg the staff to open the A/C three times. It’s sweating hot and they had the A/C off, and the windows open. - One would notice that there are more long-term staying people than tourists/short-term stay. That said, the rooms are filled with luggages, winter clothes, personal items, etc. It is not the cleanest.

CAThis was one of the nicest hostels I have stayed at. The staff was beyond helpful. Anella helped me on arrival with a taxi driver fiasco, and Aiym helped me on the way out with the bus and other information. And the manager Nazgul was incredibly caring and helpful the whole time I was there! (and made sure I was on the bus) She connected me with a great tour that was better and cheaper than what I found. They all couldn't have been nicer. The beds were very comfortable with such soft sheets! Bathrooms were like your own hotel room and everything was clean all the time. The kitchen was large and comfortable. I stayed 2 extra nights...I was sad to leave. Highly recommend this wonderful place!! Thank you!
I didn't know how to work the air fryer... yes they have one! But my egg turned out ok :)
FRAEGreat Stay at GooD Inn! I had a very pleasant experience at GooD Inn. The location is perfect — just a 3-minute walk to Dostyk Plaza Mall and very central overall. The place is clean, the staff are super friendly, and they speak English, which made everything easier. There’s also a spacious open kitchen and a large common living room, which gives a very cozy feeling. They even helped me print some documents, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the area!

JP清潔で過ごしやすかったです。女性専用のトイレがあったのが良かったです。 すごく可愛い猫がいました！ カザフスタンは鍵のかけ方が他の国と違うように感じました、くるくる回します。壊れているわけではないのでスタッフに確認すると良いと思います。 ベッド周辺も清潔でダニや虫はいませんでした。ドライヤーは部屋にありました。 リビングで他のゲストと交流できそうでしたが、私は予定が詰まっていたため利用しませんでした。
シャワールームは壊れていてお湯が出ないルームがあるから注意が必要でした。 朝早いツアーを予約していましたが、その時間は施錠されていたため出られず困りました。5:00AMのツアーとかを予約している方はチェックインのタイミングで必ず確認をしてください！
