CN位置比较隐蔽，在欧亚酒店右手边的小侧门。四楼，坐电梯上去！！！爬楼梯不行，楼梯的门是关的！！房间8个人全满，有一对哈萨克斯坦母女住在这里，因为有个小孩子，有点吵，这对母女已经住好久了，不知道还要住到什么时候。另外，男女厕所是分开的，可以做饭，可以热饭，活动区域经常有人，可以和不同国家的人一起交流
CN前台员工不错，虽不会英文，全程翻译软件，没带转换插头，前台员工还免费借我一个用
女生九人间一对长住母女，那晚上吵的无法入睡，桌子上很多都是小朋友的物品，贴身内裤乱扔。店家应该好好管理一下 房间没有垃圾桶，床铺自己铺，退房自己收拾，住了五天没有感觉房间没打扫过。 上铺对于小个子女生来说不是太友好。 早上洗手间经常没纸

LKI stayed at the hostel for 8 nights in June 2025 and had a great experience. The rooms and washrooms were very clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from Dostyk Plaza, which is very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this place to others.
