Wow, an amazing property in the very heart of Matera. We had the most amazing stay at the property. Amazing staff, so accommodating. Breakfast was ample and varied, and the coffee was excellent. Our room had a private balcony overlooking the Sassi ... so beautiful and inspiring. Very romantic stay. Thank you. We parked at a vallet service Tarasco Vallet. Parking securely undercover and dropped off and picked up at the stairs to accomodation. A recommendation from our hosts.

So many stairs to take your luggage to the accommodation. Please make sure you have multiple small bags ... my 20Kg bag nearly killed me.

The view from our balcony overlooking the Sassi was incredible especially in the evening when all the lights come on. Rooms were clean and modern with a beautifully presented breakfast each morning. The hotel also has it's own private garden to spend some time in also overlooking the Sassi.

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, Matera belvárosának szinte a legszebb házában, gyönyörű kerttel. A recepciós hölgy nagyon kedves volt, minden kívánságunkat teljesítette, biztosított glutén- és tejmentes reggelit. Próbált nekünk autót foglalni, taxit hívni. A szoba nagyon klassz és hangulatos volt, minden várakozásunkat felülmúlta.

A szoba kissé dohos volt, de ez feltételezésünk szerint ezeknek a lakásoknak a sajátossága.

There are not enough words to describe this gem of a stay!! The view on its own over the Sassi is fantastic ! Easy to find your way out to the flat area as they call it ! We had a rental car but it was no problem . The parking garage outside of pedestrian zone was about 10 min walk . We had Room 1 with a huge jacuzzi tub which we used both nights after many steps all around the area. Great restaurants either down the stairs or up ! Whatever your body can go for after your day making Matera memories! This place is a 12/10 . Loved it 😍

Everything, location, sights, location, spa tub.

La struttura è molto bella, sia esternamente che internamente (praticamente nuova o ottimamente conservata). Bellissimo il terrazzino con le poltrone illuminate. La posizione è ottima e la vista mozzafiato. Molto bella anche la camera, oltretutto ampia. Buona l’accoglienza e anche la colazione, con prodotti di buona qualità. Il materasso non è del tipo da noi più gradito, ma tutto sommato abbastanza comodo.

Purtroppo abbiamo dormito malissimo, poiché, se tira vento, la boccetta di aerazione-ventilazione è rumorosissima e si sentono colpi tutta notte, smette accendendo il motore di aspirazione, ma poi è parecchio rumoroso anche quello. Se non tira vento quel problema non c’è e la struttura è silenziosa, ma se tira vento non si dorme proprio! Un po’ di rumori anche al mattino dalla sala colazione, ma se non si vuole dormire molto è un problema da poco. Alcuni personali suggerimenti: 1) peccato il frigorifero non dotato di bevande a pagamento. Avere un terrazzo con una vista come quella, senza l’opportunità di sorseggiare qualcosa in contemplazione è veramente un peccato. 2) trovare il modo di mettere una tendina nella finestra della porta … o si sta al buio (quindi con luci accese anche di giorno), oppure si ha privacy zero. 3) trovare una soluzione per lasciare i bagagli una volta liberata la stanza senza assoggettarsi agli orari della reception. È troppo complicata portare i bagagli al parcheggio per poi ritornare.

Nous avions réservé la chambre Lit Queen-Size avec Baignoire Spa, elle était vraiment très belle, grande et impeccable. L'établissement est extrêmement bien placé, en dessous du Duomo et dessus de quelques bons restaurants et quand on ouvre la porte, la vue est splendide. Le jardin est joli mais situé au dessus et on n'en profite pas vraiment, sans doute plus en été. C'était très calme et l'accueil très sympatique.

Les oreillers étaient durs mais on a retrouvé les mêmes un peu partout lors de notre séjour dans les Pouilles. La salle d'eau très design mais pas très pratique pour poser des affaires, enfin, je l'avais vu sur les photos! Impossible d'avoir le noir dans la chambre le matin car il y a une ouverture dans le plafond.
