GBThe property was very dirty there was urine all over the toilet seat it had clearly not been cleaned since the last person was there. I took photos and sent to the available number but they didn’t do anything about it except say that a cleaner always cleans the rooms after each stay and they would send the photos to the cleaner. We should have been issued a refund.
GBDidnt seem that clean and the shower didnt have no shower gel or shampoo so I coukdnt shower and also the floor in the bathroom was dirty like the bath mat hadn’t been hoovered.
