Offered breakfast on the site but not in person. Main gate remote not working. Had to call to get in and out. Booked 2 double beds but only received one.

We liked how close it was to thee attractions that were near.

It was not clean.

I loved the design of the place and the gardens. A beautiful flower market on premises

The intercom didn't work I did not get a remote for the gate. I had phone the person to open the gate. It was a risk to me as they would not answer immediately. The pool was green and unusable. The towel smelled bad and holes in it. I found a small dried piece of food in my bed. The pics on the Booking.com are misleading. It shows like the room has an ensuite but you have to use a communal bathroom that was dirty, had no curtains no rugs on the floor. The WiFi was slow and I couldn't watch any movies on the TV for the first 2 days. I asked the Supervisor for details about breakfast and he said that he will get back to me but didn't. The next morning when I was getting into my car he came running to ask me if I would like breakfast. I messaged the Manager via the App who didn't solve anything. The last morning I waited for my breakfast until I had to ask them at 12pm. Then I only received 2 eggs and brown toast because that's all that was left. This was the worst customer service I have experienced.

It was okay for a guest house.

Location was perfect for what we needed, they were very accommodating, even though we arrived very late, Anthony waited up for us.

Wrong advertising on the web side Dirty pool dusty eating area. Lack of hospitality one towel in a room booked for 2 and breakfast is always short they don't serve variety.
